Just a quick heads up and instructions for downloading the videos.  You will need to download 2 videos.  The first one is a welcome video and has some very important information I would like you to hear before you begin using the stretch and exercise program. It is only about 9 minutes long but the information is worth hearing about. Thank you.  To download, right click on the buttons below and select "save link" or "save link as" or similar language. Choose where you want to save the file and click save.  The default location will possibly be your download folder. You can select another location if you wish.  Just be sure to remember where you saved the video files so you can find them in the future. 

Instructions for downloading the bonus files.  The bonuses are in zip files so you will need a unzip program to open them. If you already have one just go ahead and use that after you download the file.  If you don't have one, you can get a free one here called 7zip.   https://sourceforge.net/projects/sevenzip/      Once you have the bonus files downloaded, just right click on one, select extract all, it will ask you where you want to extract the file to, just click extract down in the the lower right hand corner. You can delete the box that will pop up after extraction is done. You should see a new folder in the same folder where your zip file was. Just click to open that folder and you will find the PDF bonus file.
